If you prefer to work out with friends our group sessions are perfect for you. We cater for groups of 2-4 people with varying degrees of fitness levels. Sessions can range from strength training, high-intensity interval training (HIIT), cardio endurance plus more.

Strong Minded Fit has a wide range of equipment which includes free weights, boxing equipment, functional cardio, and weight machines. If you want to lose weight or gain muscles we have the right equipment and exercises to help you achieve this.
